Empties #1

Hey beauties! It's finally Saturday and unfortunately I am working (from home!) so I'm letting my face rest a bit without make up. And since I don't feel like doing my make up today I thought it would be a good idea to do my first 'Empties' and talk about those products that I have recently finished, some make up and some skincare products. Here they are:

Benefit They're real Mascara: I really liked how dramatic my lashes looked, it's one of my favorites but it only lasted one month... yes yes, only one month and let's say it's not the cheapest thing around. It is also a bit hard to remove it. Would I repurchase? I'm not so sure, I like it but I want to try some Lancome mascaras first.
Mac Blot Pressed Powder: Can't rave enough about it, it's very thin and unnoticeable, a great deal if you are wearing heavy foundation and don't want to make it look cakey. I simply love it. Lasted 7 months. Would I repurchase? Hell yeah.
Mac Studio Finish Concealer NW25: High coverage, a bit heavy but it really cover marks and lasts for over a year. Would I repurchase? Already have but I actually prefer Inglot creamy concealers.
Bioderma Sebium H20 Solution Micellaire: My favorite make up remover, not oily and ideal for sensitive skin, lasted about 10 months! Would I repurchase? Yes!
La Roche Posay Solution Micellaire Physiologique: I haven't purchased this product and is not mine even though I used it like one time. It's my sister's and she has the same skin type as me: oily/sensitive/acne prone and she has also rosacea. She said it's the first make up remover that doesn't irritate her skin and also that doesn't leave her skin feeling oily. Removes 80% of the make up as you need more product for removing mascara and eyeliner. Would she repurchase? No, she needs something stronger for removing mascara.
Clinique Anti-Blemish Solutions Clarifying Lotion: It was okay, it's supposed to leave your skin clean and control the oiliness but I find that these kind of products just leave my skin feeling oilier after 30 mins. Not that drying as other lotions. Would I repurchase? No, I have Neutrogena Pore Refiner Toner and it feels exactly the same for only $8.

Have you tried any of these products? Do you like/dislike them?
Flo x

Hola beauties!

Volvería a comprar?
Volvería a comprar? Hell yeah!
Mac Studio Finish Concealer NW25: Alta cobertura ideal para manchas super pigmentadas, un toque heavy. Duró un año! Volvería a comprar?
Bioderma Sebium H20 Solution Micellaire: Mi preferido! Volvería a comprar?
Volvería a comprar?

  13. I've tried both the Clinique and the Bioderma. I was impressed by both products and I was lucky to find Bioderma because they sell it in Canada but not the United States.

    Cheers, Kelsey.

  14. Hola Flo!

  15. I have been using that Clinique Blemish Clarifying lotion for years, and it has helped my makeup stay put for longer, especially in the T-zone. But since being pregnant I've had to stop using it due to the salicylic contents!!
And Im currently trialling They're Real Mascara - and yes loving it too!!!

  22. I've heard so many good things about Bioderma, and I'm really curious to try it out! I remember using a Clinique product that was similar to the one you used (it was my sister's haha) and it just left me with a weird film. I believe it was a liquidy lotion too.

I live in Queens, in New York City - though I think I like Manhattan better. Definitely lots more to see and do there.
